Your expertise will drive the successful planning and execution of projects related to water treatment systems commercial residential and mixed-use development projects pipelines land surveying geotechnical engineering and more.
About the Role
We are seeking a Civil Site Design Engineer with 2 5 years of experience to support commercial residential and mixed-use development projects across multiple East Coast states. This role offers hands-on exposure from master planning through construction administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to prepare site development plans (grading drainage utilities erosion control stormwater management).
- Assist with master planning and preparation of construction documents.
- Perform site investigations and analyze surveys reports as-builts and maps.
- Prepare cost estimates for proposed site improvements.
- Coordinate with architects structural engineers owners and regulatory agencies.
- Support permitting efforts with local county and state authorities.
- Conduct site visits and assist with construction administration including responding to field issues and RFIs.
- Support overall project management and cross-disciplinary coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering required.
- EIT certification preferred.
- 2 5 years of civil site design experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Experience with stormwater Management Design.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
