Soccer Shots is the most trusted and engaging childrens soccer program for ages 18 months to 8 years with a focus on making a positive introduction to sports and activity while also making a lasting impact on kids and their families.
At Soccer Shots we are looking for the next key instructor to make positive impact on childrens lives through our beloved game! We strive to be the BEST 30-45 minutes of every childs week. - Compensation: $22-28/hour plus bonuses
The Role You Play:
- Lead engaging session following our proven curriculum
- Inspire kids to grow on and off the field with your energy positivity and enthusiasm
- Communicate effectively with children families caregivers teachers and staff
- Attend staff meetings events and other activities as assigned based on availability
Qualifications:
- No prior sports/coaching experience required.
- Experience working with children is a plus
- Genuine passion for children and sports.
- Energetic engaging and responsible.
- Safety conscious.
- Ability to adapt to the needs of kids ages 2-8.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand jog and model childrens soccer skills.
- Coaches must have or obtain state-required clearances.
A reliable method of transportation and drivers license are required. You will be expected to coach across multiple locations throughout Camden County each season.

Compensation: $100.00 - $400.00 per week
