We Are Looking For

The Purchasing Executive is responsible for strategic sourcing and inventory planning to support sales by managing on-time delivery and inventory mix with our suppliers. This includes ensuring that the purchasing strategy and solutions implemented support the companys overall goals and objectives.

What Youll Do (Responsibilities)

• Create processes and procedures that improve on time delivery from our suppliers
• Implement strategies and solutions to meet our inventory goals and objectives
• Create ongoing programs to move slow moving inventory
• Promote operational cost effectiveness and organizational efficiency
• Deliver results in fast paced environment
• Lead and motivate a team through a period of change
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills):

• Minimum of 5-10 years experience as a Purchasing Manager/Director
• 5 years of leadership/ management
• 5 years of experience in the Electronics market
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelors degree
• Technical background with experience in Core Product focus (connectors backshells etc.) preferred
• Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization
• Occasional travel - 25% of the time
• Strong Leadership Skills
• Excellent written and Oral Communication
