Role Summary:
Responsible for delivering premium workplace experience while managing frontofhouse operations and coordinating soft services such as housekeeping pantry and lobby upkeep to ensure a seamless employee and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee reception helpdesk lobby management and guest experience.

• Coordinate soft services: housekeeping pantry meeting room readiness and ambience management.

• Conduct regular floor walks to ensure cleanliness hygiene and service quality.

• Manage meeting room operations events support and employee engagement activities.

• Handle service requests feedback and escalations with timely resolution.

• Supervise experience associates and soft services staff for grooming conduct and performance.

• Liaise with housekeeping security and technical teams for smooth operations.

• Maintain MIS daily reports checklists and service dashboards.

• Ensure adherence to brand standards workplace aesthetics and experience guidelines.
