The purpose of this crucial role is to align strategy planning and execution across Commercial Claims business unit coordinating planning prioritisation and delivery all BAU change initiatives. The role would ensure the right work is prioritised sequenced with clear visibility of demand capacity dependencies and risks. The role would work alongside Tribe to link in current scope of work to ensure alignment across Commercial Claims work.
What youll do:
Run integrated planning cycles across Commercial Claims leadership team
Maintain a single portfolio view covering all of Commercial Claims
Balance demand vs capacity for all change activities
Facilitate prioritisation using consistent frameworks
Benefits modelling and realisation tracking
Support funding discussions
What youll bring:
Minimum 5 years work experience within insurance or financial services
Minimum 5 years experience leading high performing teams
Demonstrated management experience within insurance claims or large-scale operational teams
Strong understanding of insurance claims practice products underwriting and product design
Strong business acumen with strong knowledge of key business drivers that enable accurate budgeting forecasting prioritisation and business planning
Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills with strong ability to convey receive and accurately interpret information.
