Responsibilities

with Sales engineer Customer and Internal departments within the organization.
customer's application requirements selecting the products accordingly costing preparation for major Bills Of Material Preparing offer.
up mails and calls for inquiry in coordination with sales engineers.
entry Order entry Sales order entry Purchase activity as guided by HOD.
with customer and our Engineering team during Drawing approval.
advance and sending proforma invoice follow up for ABGs and PBGs.
customer during Inspection of products.
dispatch and coordinating with customer for freight and mode of transport.
payment and updating sales engineer for outstanding amount
to team members for arrange seminar trial exhibition
carry out any specific task in time assigned by the superior.
