We are looking for a Team Lead. They will set and clarify departmental requirements and expectations while creating an environment of teamwork collaboration and open communication.
How you will achieve success:
- Recognize mentor and provide training and development to optimize performance and create organizational depth and individual growth.
- Track production metrics utilize data to develop strategies for continuous improvement and report to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned rotate to other shifts/departments and work extended hours and holidays as needed.
- Expectation to arrive at least 30 minutes early and remain at least 30 minutes at end of shift to complete pass downs reports and timecard review.
What experiences will help you in this role:
- Team member experience in either Inbound or Outbound fulfillment operations.
- Understand safety procedures ensure safe working practices and document accidents/incidents timely.
- Drive results and approach obstacles proactively by prioritizing appropriately to meet deadlines.
- Assist the fulfillment center manager and area manager with the establishment of long-term operational strategic plans.
$21 - $21 an hour
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position starts at $21 per hour. Pay is based on a number of factors including geographic market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Spreetail is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
