We are seeking volunteers who have a genuine desire to assist former refugees and opportunityGain valuable experience working in the community with CALD families while providing companionship and friendship to someone experiencing vulnerability. This role is suited to someone over the age of 18 who is a good listener culturally sensitive and loves children! The impactAs a volunteer with our program you will brighten the life of someone experiencing vulnerability by offering them company and support to engage in their local community. Red Cross will ensure you have training ongoing support and access to other opportunities within the Worlds largest humanitarian network. Application requirementsFor this role you will be required to undertake a National Police Check organised through Red Cross To submit an application you will need to provide details for two professional referencesThe role will also require you to hold or apply for NSW Working with Children Check.
