ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Semi-Independent Living (SIL) Mentor with CASPA you will work according to structured plans to successfully build long-term relationships with young people by supporting them to develop their independent living skills connection to the community links to education/employment skills and overall ability to positively manage life as a semi-independent young person.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide high-quality person-centered support mentoring and assistance to young people who are transitioning from out-of-home-care to independent living.
  • Provide individual support to ensure that the young persons goals and leaving care plans are met.

CASPA Services Ltd is a not-for-profit organisation providing a range of specialised care services to support complex trauma-based needs for children young people families and people living with disabilities. Our programs include Therapeutic Intensive Residential Care Intensive Family Preservation Therapeutic Foster Care Restoration and other associated care types we are a registered NDIS provider and operate a social enterprise Maintenance and repairs business.
