Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraeducator to support classroom instruction and student development in an educational setting. The ideal candidate will assist teachers in implementing lesson plans managing classroom activities and providing individualized support to students with diverse learning needs. The Paraeducator will contribute to fostering a positive learning environment that promotes literacy math skills behavior management and social-emotional lead teachers in developing and implementing lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards including literacy education math and early childhood development students with special needs including those with autism or other disabilities by providing tailored instructional assistance and behavioral classroom activities to ensure a safe engaging and inclusive environment for all classroom management efforts by promoting positive behavior and implementing behavior management closely with students to enhance their social skills communication skills and independence through individualized in preparing educational materials and adapting curriculum for diverse learners including preschoolers and with teachers therapists and parents to monitor student progress and develop strategies for accurate documentation of student activities progress notes and behavioral observationsRequirementsPrior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is of special education practices classroom management techniques and behavior management with curriculum development for literacy math and early childhood working with individuals with autism or other disabilities is a communication skills to effectively collaborate with teachers parents and to adapt instructional methods to meet the needs of diverse learners including toddlers and in childhood development or early childhood education is ability to work patiently and compassionately with children of varying abilities and backgrounds.
