Job Summary
As an Associate Finance Manager you will serve as a strategic finance partner to the Interventional Spine business influencing decisions across R&D Marketing and Sales. You will translate complex financial data into clear insights that shape business performance while strengthening financial processes across a growing innovationdriven portfolio.
**This position requires hybrid work onsite in Portage MI weekly up to 3 days per week.**
What You Will Do
- Partner with functional leaders and cost center owners to support datadriven decision making across R&D Marketing and Selling activities.
- Prepare consolidate and review monthly financial statements including flash reporting profit and loss statements balance sheets and cash flow reporting.
- Support budgeting forecasting and financial projections by collaborating with department managers and explaining key financial metrics drivers and variances.
- Execute the annual budget periodic projections and reporting of actual financial results for U.S. operations.
- Coordinate financial planning and reporting activities with international counterparts to ensure alignment and consistency across regions.
- Prepare financial reports analyses and special studies to support management decisions and business initiatives.
- Collaborate with finance shared service teams to ensure timely accurate and effective management reporting.
- Ensure compliance with SarbanesOxley requirements applicable financial regulations and company policies.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree.
- Minimum six years of professional experience in finance accounting or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA or CMA certification.
- Experience supporting budgeting forecasting financial reporting and consolidations.
