Job Summary

Requirements

Completed education at an IT-focused technical college or university or several years of professional experience working with IT systems.
Interface knowledge is an advantage (e.g. OPC-UA MQTT REST APIs).
Desirable training: IT specialist for system integration.
Expert training at Fronius International (to be provided).
Confident and engaging presenter capable of demonstrating and promoting products to internal and external audiences.
Solid knowledge of Windows OS and network architecture.
Experience in PLC programming preferably Allen-Bradley.
Experience in Industry 4.0 integration.
Strong understanding of IIoT concepts and architectures.
Fluent English skills (spoken and written) are required for daily communication with international colleagues (B2

ACTIVITIES

Serve as the main contact person within the national support and sales organization for all topics related to our software products
Analyze customer IT infrastructure and independently select the most beneficial WDA configuration
Collaborate with WDA experts at Fronius international for advanced configurations
Configuration organization and support of WDA projects and/or programs
Support of sales representatives during the project evaluation process
Connecting link between TCC national WDA and Experts International
System and software integration on customer site - including trouble shooting
Assistance in the creation of customer manuals service instructions and service concepts
Contribute to exhibitions product maintenance and product development
Product training & presentations internal and external
Gathering customer requirements / identifying challenges
