You will provide continuous 1:1 care ensuring the clients safety and comfort while traveling in ultimate luxury.
The Team You will not be working alone. This role operates within a robust world-class medical department led by a Lead British Doctor and supported by specialized Physiotherapists. You will collaborate with a team of highly qualified Western-trained nurses to deliver seamless hospital-grade care in a private setting.
The Safety Burnout is not an option here. The rotation is designed for sustainability and patient safety utilizing a strict double-nurse shift system. This ensures you always have the support you need to perform at your peak maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence without compromising your well-being.
The Process We respect your time and location. The initial recruitment phase is conducted entirely via a secure online interview platform allowing you to showcase your expertise from Milan (or your current location) before any travel is required.

Education: Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 4 years in Acute Care settings (ICU ER or A&E).
Language: Native or C1 English proficiency is non-negotiable.
Medical Knowledge: Strong clinical assessment skills and confidence in autonomous practice within a team structure.
