Job Summary

The Mission We are actively recruiting a highly skilled nurse for a prestigious permanent role aboard a private superyacht. Your primary duty is the dedicated 1:1 care of an 80-year-old VIP ensuring their medical well-being is maintained to the highest standard while cruising the Mediterranean. You will voyage through the Cyclades (Mykonos Santorini) and across to the Italian Riviera delivering seamless hospital-grade care in some of the worlds most spectacular maritime settings.

The Team You will join a fully integrated high-performance medical unit. The department is led by a Lead British Doctor and includes specialized Physiotherapists supported by a team of Western-trained nurses. This structure ensures that you have constant professional support and are part of a collaborative clinical environment.

The Safety We place a high value on the health of our staff. To prevent burnout and ensure patient safety we operate a strict double-nurse shift system. This protocol guarantees that your working hours are managed effectively and that you have adequate rest allowing you to remain sharp and clinically effective without the fatigue of solo private care.

The Process We understand the logistics of maritime employment. The initial recruitment phase is conducted entirely via a secure online interview platform enabling you to complete the vetting process from Athens (or your current location) before any travel is required.

Requirements

Requirements

Education: Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is essential.
Experience: 4 years of postgraduate experience in Acute Care (ICU ER or A&E).
Language: Native or C1 English proficiency is required.
Attributes: A professional adaptable nature with the ability to provide discreet high-level care.
