This is a remote position.
Were looking for an experienced Solar Team Leader to oversee our growing Australian solar operations team. This is a leadership role suited to someone with extensive hands-on AU solar admin experience who can confidently manage processes guide team members and optimise systems across multiple clients.
You will report directly to the Head of Solar Operations and play a key role in improving workflows building automation processes and ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the solar admin team overseeing daily task allocation and performance
- Must be an expert on STC forms manage compliance documentation GridConnect pre-approvals and connection applications with various DNSPs across Australia
- Expertse in Pylon OpenSolar or other Solar platforms as required
- Manage job records checklists and customer data across multiple clients
- Liaise professionally with Australian installers office staff and customers
- Optimise internal systems and help build automation processes to improve efficiency
- Provide regular reporting and updates to the Head of Solar Operations
