Job Summary
Aestec Services are currently seeking a Maintenance Plannerto join the Aestec team inGladstone.
About the Role:
- Located in Gladstone QLD 4680.
- Permanent full-time ongoing work.
- Monday to Friday 50 hour week.
- Competitive pay rates.
This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure consistent workflow for the team. It involves preparing clear and concise scopes of work including time constraints and detailed Bills of Quantities while providing high-quality communication and liaison with clients. The position also requires modifying data from the clients SAP system into Aestecs scheduling system maintaining a professional and proactive relationship with the client Scheduler and undertaking other duties as directed by the Manager.
What we are looking for:
- Site experience / broad understanding of the building and construction environment
- Previous experience in planning and scheduling roles
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
- Ability to use software including Microsoft Office Microsoft Project and SAP
- Ability to pass a Gladstone 3-site medical QAL/BSL/RTAY Blue Medipass
