Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Architect to join our practice. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong design foundation technical skills and a passion for architecture. The successful candidate will support senior architects in developing projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing architectural drawings models and presentations.
Support design development and documentation across various project phases.
Collaborate with senior architects engineers and consultants to deliver high-quality projects.
Conduct site visits surveys and assist in preparing reports.
Ensure compliance with local building codes regulations and sustainability standards.
Contribute to design discussions and provide creative input.
Maintain project files and documentation in accordance with office standards.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of architectural principles construction methods and building codes.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to produce accurate technical drawings and 3D visualizations.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Internship or prior experience in an architectural firm.
Knowledge of sustainable design practices and green building standards.
Familiarity with project management tools and BIM workflows.
