Role overview


We are looking for a new Administrative Team Leader to join our Gloucester team. This will be 40 hours over 5 days per week may include some weekends on a rota basis.

Reporting to the Business and Administration Manager the Admin Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinics administrative team to ensure a smooth efficient and patientfocused service. This role provides leadership support and coordination for reception and administrative functions helping to maintain high standards of customer care data accuracy and operational efficiency. Working closely with clinical staff the Admin Team Leader ensures that appointment scheduling patient enquiries records management and workflow processes run effectively. They drive continuous improvement support compliance with healthcare regulations and foster a positive collaborative working environment for the admin team.

  • Excellent computer skills. Comfortable with Microsoft Office products and data base
