Job Summary

Cleaning and making beds efficiently and to a high standard as shown in training and demonstration
Ensuring our hotel is presented to the highest standard according to the brand standards
Recording on check sheets any maintenance and/or inventory requirements
Ensuring all accommodation is ready at the expected time to be checked and ready for the guests arrival
Conducting guest satisfaction visits as needed
Delivering exceptional service to all our guests
Keeping our public guest areas clean and looking their best at all times
