The role
This role plays a hands-on part in keeping the organisation running smoothly by overseeing day-to-day corporate operations
business support and visitor management. It focuses on making sure systems services and processes are practical efficient
and high quality so employees clients and visitors have a consistently positive experience while the business can operate
with confidence and clarity.
Working in a fast-paced and evolving environment the role balances longer-term planning and policy improvement with immediate operational demands. It manages complex service provider relationships budgets safety and continuity arrangements while continually looking for better ways to streamline processes lift customer experience and support informed decision-making across the organisation.
This role will manage up small team from 1-4 reports.
We currently support a flexible working environment and 5 day per fortnight requirement in the office. Additional days in the office may be required on an as needs basis.
