About the Role
The appointee will lead the Communications function of the JUPAS Office and be responsible for the overall planning delivery and continuous enhancement of applicant- and stakeholder-facing communications. The role encompasses corporate communications digital communication channels public engagement and content management with enquiry services forming part of the overall communications framework.
The Manager will take an agile evidence-based approach examining why information gaps arise and how communications content and supporting systems can be refined to enable clearer understanding of the JUPAS process and procedures reduce uncertainty and minimise avoidable enquiries.
