Job Summary
Senior Civil Engineer Energy & Industrial Projects
We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead civil and structural engineering activities across energy and heavy industrial infrastructure projects including fuel depots power plants substations pipelines and chemical facilities.
What youll do:
- Lead civil and structural design construction and asset management activities across energy and industrial projects.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across project planning detailed design construction supervision and quality control.
- Engage with clients contractors and regulatory authorities to define scope deliverables and timelines.
- Prepare review and approve technical reports design calculations specifications and tender documentation.
- Ensure engineering work complies with health and safety legislation codes standards and company policies.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Support budgeting resource planning risk assessment and business development activities.
What youll bring:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred).
- Chartered or Chartered Professional Engineer (or equivalent).
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in energy and/or industrial infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of geotechnical engineering structural design drainage and stormwater management.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D STAAD and/or ETABS and MS Project.
- Strong communication leadership stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and work in field conditions.
