WhatYoullBe Doing:

• Lead and manage the Contracts team ensuringaccuratedelivery of work within agreedtimeframes
• Act as the primary escalation point and build strong trusted relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Oversee contract administration and ensuretimelyaccuratemonthlyquarterlyand annual reporting
• Monitor analyse and report on contractual KPIsidentifyingrisks and driving continuous improvement
• Coordinate andparticipatein internal preparation meetings and external client forums
• Work closely with Finance to reconcile paymentsclaimsand invoicing in line with contract requirements
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to ensure operational delivery meets contractual obligations

WhatYoull Bring:

• Minimum1 years experience in acontracts commercial or similar leadership role
• Proven experience leading and developing teams in a complex operational environment
• Strong knowledge of contract managementreportingand KPI governance
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strong analytical ability with high attention to detail and deadline focus
• Proficiencyin MS Office with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Current Australian working rights
