Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the effective and efficient delivery of the project or program in alignment with defined scope timeline and budget guardrails. Monitor execution and compliance metrics providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
- Proactively manage all phases of project planning and execution in accordance with established processes methodologies and guidelines.
- Collaborate with line managers (Competency Center) and Resource Management to staff projects appropriately and resolve resourcerelated challenges.
- Oversee and ensure adherence to project financial processes including reporting forecasting and escalation where needed.
- Conduct necessary reviews to confirm that project documentation and solution deliverables meet quality standards.
- Identify assess and mitigate project or program risks in accordance with defined governance practices.
- Mentor and coach Project Managers; recognized as a subjectmatter expert in Project Management.
