KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Mid-Level Photo Retoucher responsible for the professional enhancement and manipulation of commercial imagery. This role requires advanced expertise in high-end skin retouching product compositing and color grading. The ideal candidate can transform raw image files into polished high-quality visual assets that align with brand-specific aesthetic standards and technical requirements for both web and print outputs.
Key Responsibilities
High-End Retouching
Perform non-destructive editing techniques including frequency separation dodge and burn advanced masking and detailed retouching for portraits and product imagery.Color Grading & Matching
Ensure color accuracy and consistency across entire shoots matching skin tones or product colors to physical samples and maintaining brand standards.Complex Compositing
Combine multiple exposures or elements into seamless final images including background swaps and lighting adjustments.Pathing & Masking
Create precise clipping paths and alpha channels for complex subjects such as hair jewelry and transparent objects.Quality Control
Review final renders for halos artifacts banding and resolution inconsistencies to ensure premium-quality delivery.
Job requirements
Job Requirements
35 years of professional experience in a photo studio advertising agency or high-volume e-commerce environment.
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
Strong understanding of color spaces (sRGB Adobe RGB CMYK) bit depth and file formats (TIFF PSD RAW).
Strong eye for detail and anatomy with the ability to follow artistic direction precisely.
Willing to work in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite 2 days remote).
