TSS Mexico

As a TSS Specialist in Mexico you play a key role in introducing and supporting Lelys innovative robotic solutions in the local market. You are responsible for the full technical lifecycle of our systems  from installation and commissioning to preventive and corrective this pioneering phase you will be instrumental in making the first farms successful and building long-term relationships with our customers and partners.

You report to the Country Sales Lead and work closely with the local Financial Controller FMS Advisor and the Sales & Service Department at Headquarters in the Netherlands. As part of a starting and growing team you help shape Lelys technical service standards in the region.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Performing full installation and commissioning of Lely products ensuring first-time-right start-up and customer satisfaction.
• Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance including system updates and optimizations.
• Providing on-site and remote support for urgent technical issues.
• Training farmers and local partners on product operation and maintenance.
• Monitoring technical performance and reporting improvement opportunities.
• Ensuring all activities comply with Lelys safety quality and operational guidelines.

Qualifications :

You are a technically skilled and customer-focused professional who enjoys being hands-on and working in an international environment. You combine practical experience in mechatronics or agricultural machinery with a strong sense of service and responsibility.

You bring the following:

• Technical education (mechatronics electronics or related field).
• 3 years of relevant work experience in installation and maintenance of automated or electromechanical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently often on farms and under varying conditions.
• Fluent in English and Spanish both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Mexico and occasionally abroad for training.
• Affinity with the dairy or agricultural sector is a plus.
