Vithaldas Jewellers a prestigious jewellery store with a legacy of over 100 years is looking for a passionate and customer-focused *Sales Executive*. The candidate will be responsible for direct customer interaction understanding their needs and guiding them to make the best jewellery purchases.
### *Key Responsibilities:*
* Greet customers warmly and assist them in their jewellery selection.
* Understand customer preferences and provide suitable recommendations.
* Explain jewellery details including design craftsmanship and value.
* Perform basic value calculations based on gold weight precious stones and market rates.
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of jewellery types materials and trends.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
* Handle billing payment processing and documentation accurately.
* Maintain store presentation and product displays.
* Stay updated on market trends and jewellery valuations.
### *Requirements:*
* *Languages:* Must know Hindi Telugu and preferably English.
* *Experience:* Prior experience in jewellery or luxury sales is preferred.
* *Knowledge:* Familiarity with different jewellery types gold purity precious stones and their valuation.
* *Skills:*
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to understand customer preferences and guide their purchases.
* Basic math skills for calculating jewellery value.
* Friendly patient and professional demeanor.
* Quick learner willing to enhance knowledge of the jewellery industry.
