Job Description: We are currently looking for freshers to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff team you will be responsible for providing efficient and courteous service to our customers at the airport. Your main duties will include assisting passengers with check-in baggage handling and boarding procedures as well as providing information and assistance to customers throughout their journey. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates - Handle passenger baggage and ensure proper tagging and loading onto the aircraft - Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules delays and other relevant information - Check and verify travel documents and ensure compliance with airport and airline regulations - Assist passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors elderly and disabled passengers - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other airport departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction - Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following safety procedures and regulations - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times Requirements: - Minimum 102 or equivalent education - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office - Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and holidays - Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances - Previous experience in the aviation industry is a plus but not required Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The selected candidate will be required to work 6 days a week with one day off on a rotational basis. The initial contract will be for a period of 1 year with the possibility of extension based on performance.
