Job Overview: As a member of the airport ground staff team you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our airport services. You will be responsible for providing assistance to passengers handling baggage and ensuring the safety and security of the airport. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters boarding gates and arrival areas - Check and verify travel documents such as passports and boarding passes - Handle and process baggage including tagging loading and unloading - Ensure the safety and security of the airport by conducting security checks - Provide information and assistance to passengers including flight information airport facilities and transportation options - Handle any customer inquiries complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other airport staff including pilots flight attendants and ground crew to ensure smooth operations - Maintain a clean and organized work area including the check-in counters and boarding gates - Adhere to all safety and security procedures and regulations set by the company and relevant authorities - Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated on industry developments and best practices. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Basic computer skills - Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage - Ability to work well in a team and independently - Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus but not required.
