We are seeking an Office Manager to play a pivotal role in our West Auckland branch. This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the centre of a busy highperforming environment and enjoys supporting successful teams with professionalism and a positive approach.
In this role you will work alongside experienced industry professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results for clients and the community. Key Responsibilities
- Lead marketing and advertising initiatives including campaign coordination and design of promotional collateral.
- Plan coordinate and deliver events and functions for clients and the team.
- Provide leadership mentoring and support to administrative and support staff.
- Manage branch operations including office supplies systems management and KPI reporting.
- Support brokers and account management workflows including listings documentation and accounts receivable.
- Deliver highlevel administrative and customer service support across the branch.
Qualifications :

- Proven experience in administration or office management
- Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident with Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly
- Skilled at managing multiple tasks prioritising and meeting deadlines
- Able to build strong relationships and support a positive team culture
- High level of initiative organisation and problemsolving ability
