We are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Content Writers with strong website management skills for to join the University Temp Pool. These roles support the Communications and Marketing team within the Faculties or Service Divisions.
The length of agreement could be for 4 weeks a couple of months with both full part-time or casual hours depending on the reason for the temp request.
As a Content Writer & Coordinator you will create and edit engaging content across web digital and internal communication channels. Youll also help maintain and develop website content ensuring a great user experience and consistent messaging. This opportunity suits someone with excellent writing skills creative flair and experience producing content for websites marketing campaigns social media print publications and internal communications.
Dependent on the role tasks of a temp can include:
- Create and edit engaging written content for web digital channels social media marketing campaigns print publications and internal communications.
- Maintain and update website content ensuring clarity accuracy and alignment with brand and faculty or service division messaging.
- Support improvements to website user experience and navigation.
- Coordinate and contribute to various content projects showcasing faculty or service division initiatives research and stories.
- Collaborate with Communications and Marketing colleagues to deliver timely highquality content.
Skills & Experience
- Strong content and copy writing and editing skills across multiple formats and audiences.
- Proven experience in website content management (CMS platforms Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is in demand.
- Creativity and the ability to adapt tone and style to suit different channels and audience
- Understanding of digital content best practice and user experience principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage competing deadlines.

- Successful reference checks (ideally your last 23 reporting managers)
