Procurement and Contract Manager

• Lead and coordinate the tendering process for multiple main packages including preparation of tender documents negotiation with suppliers (including but not limited to FOU design Marine Warranty Surveyor other resourcing requirements) contract negotiations supplier evaluation award recommendation and change order during execution
• Prepare develop and coordinate appropriate procurement strategy for each individual project including package structure and interface management to optimise LCOE and position our projects in the most attractive and competitive position
• Ensure continuous improvement and knowledge sharing is reflected in the contracts
• Coordinate within procurement and prepare project specific requirements for the procurement team and share relevant project information to procurement team
• 複数の主要パッケージにおける入札プロセスを主導調整し入札書類の作成サプライヤーFOU設計Marine Warranty Surveyorその他必要リソースを含むがこれらに限定されないとの交渉契約交渉サプライヤー評価推奨業者の選定さらに実行段階での変更管理を担当する
• 各プロジェクトに応じた最適な調達戦略を準備策定調整しパッケージ構成やインターフェース管理を通じて LCOE の最適化を図りプロジェクトを最も魅力的で競争力の高いポジションに導く
• 継続的な改善および知識共有の内容が契約に適切に反映されるよう確保する
• 調達部門内の調整を行い調達チーム向けのプロジェクト固有要件を整理準備し関連するプロジェクト情報を適切に共有する

Qualifications :

 Required

• Master or bachelor degree (Business Administration Purchasing Logistics Law  Economics Commerce)
• 6 years of experience in procurement of high volume and complex technical supply and service contracts.
• Extensive experience with FIDIC contracts identifying and assessing commercial contractual risks and developing strategies for risk prevention and control
• Ability to manage multiple contract packages and stakeholders
• Experience in building relationships with suppliers key business leaders local governments and supply chain stakeholders
• 修士号または学士号経営学購買調達物流法学経済学商学
• 大規模かつ複雑な技術系の供給サービス契約に関する調達業務で6年以上の経験
• FIDIC契約の実務経験が豊富で商業的契約上のリスクを識別評価しリスクの予防および管理に向けた戦略を立案できること
• 複数の契約パッケージおよびステークホルダーを管理する能力
• サプライヤー主要ビジネスリーダー地方自治体サプライチェーンのステークホルダーとの関係構築の経験

Additional Skills / Experience Required

• Aware of differences between Eastern and Western cultures with a willingness and enthusiasm to work across the cultures.
• Interest in offshore wind and a passion for decarbonisation and the energy transition
• Excellent Japanese and English is required
• Proactive attitude detail-oriented analytical and problem-solving mind set
• Offshore Wind experience is preferred

•  洋上風力への関心があり脱炭素化およびエネルギー転換への情熱を持っていること
• 日本語と英語に優れていること高い言語能力が必須
