Job Summary

What youll do
As a junior consultant youll support projects that shape the future of the finance function. You will work side by side with experienced consultants learning from real client engagements while contributing from day one. Your responsibilities will be shaped by your profile interests and project requirements. 
Initially you can expect to be involved in: 

  • Building compelling materials for workshops proposals and presentations.
  • Preparing facilitating and documenting workshops and meetings.
  • Solving complex problems through quantitative and qualitative analyses.
  • Supporting CFO-relevant projects such as: 
  • Finance strategy and operating model design.
  • Strengthening finance business partnering and performance dialogues with the business.
  • Process optimisation across order-to-cash record to report plan to perform and procure to pay.
  • Planning and performance management (e.g. budgeting forecasting and KPI frameworks).
  • Management reporting and insight generation collaborating with our data and analytics team.

Youll take responsibility early and play a large part in shaping your own learning journey and career path in a dynamic supportive environment. Wed love if you would also contribute to internal activities such as sales recruitment and culture building.


In general you can expect a workload of 20 hours/week depending on the project and your availability. Its very important to us that you continue to focus on and thrive in your studies so we will respect your schedule and exam periods to the best of our ability. Finally youll have the flexibility to work from our offices in Hellerup and central Copenhagen as well as from home.

  • Are studying a relevant bachelors or masters degree with a focus on finance.
