The Role
As ESG Controller you will support and drive Food Folks sustainability performance through a data driven way of working. You will play a key role in establishing managing and analysing ESG data to support strategy development target setting performance monitoring reporting and legally required disclosures.
This role is central to strengthening Food Folks sustainability agenda by turning complex data into clear insights and practical actions. You will work closely with the Impact team internal subject matter experts and selected external stakeholders to build a structured reliable and efficient approach to sustainability data and performance management.
You are curious proactive and highly structured with strong attention to detail and the ability to make complex matters tangible and relevant for different stakeholders.
The position reports to the Impact Director based in Copenhagen.
Key Responsibilities include
- Establish and develop the ESG data infrastructure needed to support reporting disclosure and performance follow up
- Ensure the collection maintenance validation and consolidation of ESG data across existing systems while supporting new data flows master data and basic integrations
- Analyse ESG data apply standardized calculation methodologies and prepare insights and reports to support strategic planning target setting monitoring and follow up
- Facilitate data collection across the organisation and relevant parts of the value chain to support legally required ESG disclosures including CSRD
- Drive continuous improvement by helping optimise and automate ESG data processes to improve accuracy efficiency and relevance
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to collect verify and communicate ESG data enabling both aggregated reporting and more detailed breakdowns where needed
