Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Recruiter with a strong background in hiring for state clients. The ideal candidate will be highly self-driven capable of working independently and skilled at managing hiring manager expectations. This role requires excellent communication skills assertiveness and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for IT positions including sourcing screening interviewing and closing candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver qualified talent within agreed timelines.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards social media networking and referrals.
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring compliance with client and organizational standards.
- Provide market insights and set realistic expectations for hiring managers.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and ensure adherence to all compliance requirements
Qualifications :
- 6-8 years of IT recruitment experience with proven success in hiring.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and ability to assess candidate qualifications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to present ideas confidently and influence decisions.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in managing hiring manager relationships and setting expectations.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements for public sector hiring.
- Proficiency in ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed etc.).
- Work Model Hybrid: 3 days per week in the New York Office.
Additional Information :
- Location: New York City
- Working Model: Hybrid (3 days in-office per week) - (Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday)
- Salary Range: $85K - $91K Base Upto 10% Performance Based Bonus (depending on skills and years of experience.)
