Job Summary
As our Receptionist you will be much more than a check-in expert youll be the host guide and first impression for every guest who walks through our doors. If you love people thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in great service this could be the perfect role for you.
No hotel experience No problem. If you have a background in customer service and the right attitude well provide full reception training.
What Youll Be Doing
- Welcoming guests and creating outstanding first impressions
- Managing check-ins and check-outs with confidence and care
- Taking reservations for the hotel and restaurant
- Handling payments and ensuring accurate billing procedures
- Acting as an ambassador for the hotel delivering exceptional service at all times
What Were Looking For
- Passion for customer service and hospitality
- Flexibility to work early (6:00am2pm) and late (2pm10pm) shifts
- Availability across weekdays weekends and public holidays
- A friendly professional and positive approach
