A Night Supervisoroversees operations staff and security during non-business hours (typically night shifts) ensuring productivity and compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities

Operational Management:Supervising training and scheduling night shift staff.
Safety & Security:Implementing safety standards conducting inspections and securing the premises.
Problem Solving:Handling emergency situations and addressing customer/guest issues.
Reporting & Documentation:Preparing nightly operational reports shift logs and inventory checks.
Process Improvement:Implementing preventive measures and ensuring adherence to company procedures.

Requirements & Skills

Experience:Generally 12 years of experience in a similar role (e.g. hospitality retail or manufacturing).
Leadership:Strong team-building coaching and communication skills.
Independence:Ability to work autonomously and make rapid decisions.
Technical Skills:Knowledge of industry-specific software (e.g. hotel management systems).
Flexibility:Availability to work varying night shifts weekends and holidays.
