Requirements & Skills
- Experience:Generally 12 years of experience in a similar role (e.g. hospitality retail or manufacturing).
- Leadership:Strong team-building coaching and communication skills.
- Independence:Ability to work autonomously and make rapid decisions.
- Technical Skills:Knowledge of industry-specific software (e.g. hotel management systems).
- Flexibility:Availability to work varying night shifts weekends and holidays.
