What this job involves:

Driving Commercial and Pricing

As a SPOC for India PDS commercial and pricing you will be working closely with sales team to support them on commercial matters like payment terms bank guarantees etc. Support commercial operations head in the annual rate card activities. You will also be working very closely with city leads and operation directors to work on project profitability driving margin improvement initiatives.

You will also be reviewing key proposal from commercial governance perspective and advising sales team on deviations from it. You will also be responsible for building and sharing analytics on sold margin at overall PDS business level city level sector level etc and providing suggestions on growth opportunities to city GMs.

Driving Procurement Efficiencies

This role would involve building analytics around project related spend and identify opportunities for value creation in sourcing and procurement. Working very closely to costing and procurement team on profiling suppliers and finding opportunities for next level partnership with vendors.

An exceptional leader

Successful candidates are likely to have 6 to 8 years of relevant business experience and a track record of working successfully at a business service or product level with multi-disciplinary teams .

This role also calls for an in-depth understanding of financial statements e.g. P&L Balance Sheet and Cash flow statements

A strong communicator

An enthusiastic and positive collaborator able to work effectively as part of a distributed team regionally & globally and partner with colleagues across diverse functions .

Able to take complex issues and simplify communications to influence all levels of staff to achieve overall objective such as any approvals being requested.

Having initiative

Always reviewing process and raising innovative solutions to improve efficiency while reducing risk via new / revisions to policy process procedures and enhancement to digital platforms.
