About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-focused Quality Control / Quality Assurance Engineer (Electrical) to join our quality this role you will ensure compliance with defined quality standards across all stages of the project lifecycle from inward material inspection to Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI).
The ideal candidate will have practical experience in electrical inspections crane electrical systems welding quality checks and quality management processes with a strong commitment to reliability safety and performance excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Inward Inspection & Material Quality
- Conduct incoming inspections of electrical mechanical and fabricated components including cables motors drives panels relays contactors and structural assemblies.
- Verify Material Test Certificates (MTCs) calibration reports and supplier quality documentation.
- Ensure materials comply with approved drawings specifications and standards prior to release for production.
- Identify and segregate non-conforming materials and coordinate with purchase/vendor teams for corrective action.
- Maintain inspection records GRN logs and rejection reports.
- Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standard
Qualifications :
Educational Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control/Assurance within crane manufacturing electrical assemblies or heavy engineering industries.
