Youll lead by examplesetting high standards for quality service and hospitality while inspiring your team to deliver memorable experiences at every touchpoint. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction youll foster a warm personalised atmosphere that reflects local culture and embodies the values of our brand. Your leadership will drive team development operational excellence and business performance ensuring your team is well-trained motivated and aligned with our café concept. From maintaining product knowledge and service consistency to supporting sustainability goals and promoting a unique local service culture your role is essential in bringing our café vision to life and leaving a lasting impression on every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming and attractive café atmosphere personalised to meet the preferences of the customer
- Lead recruitment training and development of the café team in collaboration with the Store Experience Manager
- Motivate and guide the team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service in line with brand standards
- Oversee daily operations including stock management ordering routines and adherence to the café concept
- Champion our brand values and culture ensuring they are reflected in every customer interaction
- Drive sustainability initiatives within the café aligning with company-wide environmental goals
Qualifications :
- Some supervisory / management experience in a café restaurant or other food & beverage environment
- Local: Food and Beveridge / health & safety qualification
- Customer-focused mindset A genuine passion for food and drink and a desire to share that enthusiasm with customers and team members alike.
- Adaptable and flexible able to respond quickly to customer feedback/requirements menu changes and stock fluctuations.
- Strong organisational skills with a track record of leading teams in fast-paced settings to deliver outstanding service
- Excellent Communication: Clear confident and empathetic in both customer and team interactions able to provide clear direction and constructive feedback when needed.
- Eager to Learn: Open to feedback and actively seek out opportunities for personal and professional development.
- Comfortable working varied hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
Additional Information :
- This is a full-time position with a permanent contract (with 6 months of trial period) of 35 hours a week.
