Role Overview
A candidate who is having who is having 6 yrs hands on exp in Databricks developer. Level of experience in Databricks E4. Expert in Databricks level 4 (highest level). Theyll code in Python with framework PySpark. Good level in Python coding (level 4). Requirement: should have worked in different functional perimeters (e.g. finance; HR; Geology; HSE).
Technical Skills & Experience
Expert in Databricks level 4 (highest level)
Strong hands-on experience as a Databricks developer
Python coding with PySpark framework
Good level in Python coding (level 4)
Experience working across different functional perimeters (e.g. finance; HR; Geology; HSE)
Soft Skills
Curiosity about new technology (need to update knowledge frequently)
Curiosity about complex HR business cases
Transparency (when they have a blocking point; share it straight with the team)
Have a critical eye and be a source of proposal when a new complex business case arrives
Ability to propose optimal dataset modeling approaches and industrialize KPIs for campaigns across the treatment chain while keeping best performance possible
