You will help coordinate content and translation support website maintenance activities and provide web analytics and reporting through your skills and this capacity you can make a difference by providing administration and technical support on Emersons website and on both external and internal web applications.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Develop and execute digital products by building web solutions that drive business growth involving AEM to craft pages and features.
- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with broader business goals.
- Manage content using a Content Management System (CMS) specifically AEM to create update and organize content like text images and technical documents.
- Monitor website performance by tracking metrics such as page views bounce rates and conversion rates to gauge success.
- Participate in web-related development projects possibly contributing ideas or testing new features.
- Support global availability by ensuring content works worldwide including localization (e.g. translations) and uptime reliability.
- Oversee publishing schedules and approve web pages for release.
- Recommend process improvements for handling change requests and workflows.
- Troubleshoot and coordinate the resolution of critical issues to ensure timely and effective solutions.
- Build mock-ups or prototypes using predefined templates when wireframes are not available.

For This Role You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in web programming support and administration.
- Advanced proficiency in HTML CSS and JavaScript.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Content Management System.
