Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist with a strong understanding of the NDIS sector to plan execute and manage marketing initiatives that drive brand growth increase enquiries and support participant engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the NDIS landscape communicates services clearly and professionally and delivers marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes while maintaining compliance sensitivity and ethical standards within the disability sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

  • Manage schedule and publish content across multiple platforms including Facebook Instagram TikTok LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels
  • Monitor engagement performance and trends adjusting strategies as needed
  • Respond promptly and professionally to messages comments and enquiries
  • Post 23 stories daily to increase exposure and algorithm reach
  • Engage in community group pages and apply find a friend outreach methods
  • Actively grow followers and audience reach

High-Standard Content Creation

  • Create premium high-quality content such as:
    • Reels and short-form videos
    • Static posts and carousels
    • Stories and interactive content
    • Promotional campaigns and event highlights
  • Plan and execute photo and video shoots for experiences and events
  • Edit content using tools such as Canva CapCut Adobe or similar platforms
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand values accessibility standards and target audience needs

Lead Generation & Sales Support

  • Develop and run campaigns focused on enquiry and lead generation
  • Create strong call-to-action content to drive bookings and conversions
  • Collaborate with the team to promote services programs and packages
  • Track leads generated through social platforms and report performance outcomes

Strategy & Growth

  • Build and execute a social media and content strategy focused on growth and engagement
  • Research industry trends competitor activity and platform updates
  • Develop content calendars and campaign plans in advance
  • Increase organic reach through strategic outreach and engagement

SEO & Website Management

  • Write high-quality relatable SEO content aligned with the companys brand and values
  • Upload content to the website and monitor analytics and growth
  • Manage ongoing website updates including:
    • Staff profiles
    • Program calendars
    • Images and content updates

Email Marketing

  • Use SEO-driven content to support strategic email marketing campaigns
  • Manage email marketing through Go High Level
  • Support lead nurturing and client engagement through email workflows

Tools & Software Experience Required
  • Opus Pro (content creation)
  • ChatGPT Pro
  • Canva
  • Go High Level (marketing & email automation)
  • Trello (with transition to Basecamp)
  • WhatsApp (team communication)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist Social Media Manager or Digital Marketer preferably within the NDIS or disability services sector
  • Strong understanding of NDIS guidelines compliance and ethical marketing practices
  • Demonstrated ability to create high-quality engaging content across multiple social media platforms
  • Experience with lead generation enquiry-driven campaigns and conversion-focused content
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate services clearly professionally and sensitively
  • Solid understanding of social media analytics performance tracking and reporting
  • Experience with SEO content writing and website content management
  • Hands-on experience using Go High Level for email marketing and lead nurturing
  • Proficiency in content creation and editing tools including Canva Opus Pro CapCut Adobe or similar platforms
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently take initiative and collaborate effectively with a remote team
  • Familiarity with Trello (or Basecamp) and WhatsApp for project coordination and communication
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency across all platforms
