Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY:The Triage & Prescription Refill Nurse (RN) manages incoming patient calls from individuals seeking medical information or medical attention. This role includes scheduling appointments based on the patients condition answering questions and providing limited health education. The nurse also monitors provider desktops for those who are out of the office and triages materials as addition they initiate electronic prescription refills and order labs or followup visits required for medication monitoring and & EXPERIENCE:Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (RN) requiredCurrent MS RN license requiredAt least two (2) years of clinical experience preferredQUALIFICATIONS:Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential informationComposure in fastpaced highpressure environmentsWillingness and ability to learn new technologiesDependable punctual and highly detailorientedStrong multitasking and independentwork capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAccurate documentation skillsAbility to follow established workflows consistentlyWORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
