Personal Lines Agent
Job Summary
An established and growing insurance agency is seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Agent to support and service a portfolio of standard personal lines accounts. With decades of experience in Property & Casualty and Life & Health/Employee Benefits this organization is known for a supportive team-oriented culture and strong employee retention. This role focuses on managing inbound opportunities and providing high-level service to clients while maintaining accurate account documentation and coverage oversight.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of standard personal lines accounts providing AZ account servicing.
- Handle inbound leads and quote requests ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Close sales generated from inbound activity.
- Quote new and renewal business across personal lines coverages.
- Review policies and advise clients on appropriate coverage options.
- Maintain accurate documentation within agency management software.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to support a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
- Minimum of 2 years of insurance experience either captive or independent.
- Experience within an independent agency environment preferred.
- Proficiency in AMS360 or comparable agency management software preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $40000 $55000 commensurate with experience
- Commission: Additional monthly commission based on inbound sales production
