Position Overview
Were looking for motivated service-driven individuals to join our growing team as a Travel Assistance this fully remote opportunity youll help clients plan everything from dream vacations and destination weddings to corporate travel and group trips.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with planning and coordinating vacations cruises business travel weddings and group trips

Consult with travelers to understand their preferences budget and schedule

Research destinations resorts flights tours and curated travel packages

Book and manage reservations for flights hotels rental cars excursions and special events

Provide ongoing support confirmations and itinerary updates

Maintain accurate booking records and client communication

Deliver outstanding customer service from inquiry to return travel
