Key Responsibilities
Perform treatment room duties including wound care venipuncture and vaccinations.
Conduct chronic disease reviews managing conditions such as diabetes asthma and hypertension.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to clinical governance standards.
What Were Looking For
Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
Experience in primary care or community nursing.
Competence in treatment room procedures and chronic disease management.
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
Right to work in the UK.

Hourly rate: 25-30 per hour.
