Job Summary

Overall Purpose of the Job: The overall purpose of the position is to maximise sales effectiveness of the Hybrid sales teams by conducting and implementing training programs of FADT approved Sales Training materials. To assist with the coaching and development of Hybrid Sellers in the WC North region. To provide excellent service to all internal customers and to support the WC North sales team and ensure that FADT maintains the highest possible sales effectiveness standards.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • Tertiary qualification an advantage
  • Relevant experience and proven track record in personal selling and/or training environment with specific focus on Sales Effectiveness not less than 5 years
  • Computer literacy (MS office suite)
  • Code 08 Drivers Licence

Main Duties:

  • Preparing all new Sellers by conducting orientation to the FADT sales process products and services and sales administration. Reviewing and evaluating of new sellers to ensure competency
  • Providing on-going refresher training to existing Sellers in the region according to a predetermined schedule
  • Ensure that Hybrid sales teams achieve an expected SFE
  • Determine and identify training needs of individual sellers through field assessments observing sales encounters studying sales effectiveness reports and conferring with branch managers.
  • Assist with coaching and development of individual sellers by providing post-training field support in conjunction with the branch managers
  • Assist with development of new training material for new products and services as required and continually improve existing training material to meet changing customer and seller needs
