Details of Project


. Within the data squad your missions will be responsible of deploying configuring azure infra and supporting entities on their journey on the cloud. You will be responsible of maintaining the Sodexos ecosystem compliancy.




Scope of Responsibilities


. Infrastructure (95%)

Operational Tasks


. Deploying infrastructure Iaas and Paas using infrastructure as code.
. Implement CI/CD pipelines for projets
. Azure Infrastructure configuration for all assets
. Maintain and ensure compliancy withing the Sodexos ecosystem
. Investigate and resolve complex issues spanning multiple systems and infrastructure layers Contribute within the Project Devops Team for emergency topics
. Collaborate with architects and PM PO PPO..
. Communicate effectively with all squads and teams members

Broad expectation of level category


1. Technical Roles Level 1 - Support Technician:


. Basic Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve common issues such as password resets network connectivity problems and software installations. Follow predefined troubleshooting steps to address user-reported problems.
. Ticket Management: Receive and log service requests from users. Prioritize and categorize tickets based on urgency and impact. Escalate issues to Level 2 support when necessary.
. Communication: Communicate effectively with end-users to gather information about reported issues. Provide clear and concise instructions for issue resolution. Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference.


1. Level 2 - Systems Administrator:


. Technical Expertise: Administer and maintain servers operating systems and related infrastructure components. Perform routine system upgrades and patch management. Configure and troubleshoot network devices.
. Scripting and Automation: Develop and utilize scripts for automating repetitive tasks. Implement automation for system monitoring and alerting.
. Incident Resolution: Diagnose and resolve more complex technical issues that require a deeper understanding of systems. Collaborate with Level 3 support for advanced issue resolution.


1. Level 3 - Senior Systems Engineer:


. Advanced Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve complex issues spanning multiple systems and infrastructure layers. Analyze system logs and performance metrics for root cause analysis.
. Performance Optimization: Optimize system performance through configuration adjustments and resource allocation. Conduct performance testing and capacity planning.
. Project Management: Lead small to medium-sized infrastructure projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project planning and execution.


1. Architect - Infrastructure Architect:


. Infrastructure Design: Design scalable and resilient infrastructure solutions based on business requirements. Create architectural diagrams and documentation.
. Cloud Services: Architect and implement solutions leveraging cloud services (e.g. AWS Azure GCP). Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost efficiency and performance.
. Security: Implement and enforce security best practices across the infrastructure. Conduct security assessments and audits.
. Capacity Planning: Forecast resource needs based on business growth and usage patterns. Design infrastructure to accommodate future scalability.
. Vendor Management: Evaluate and select vendors for infrastructure components. Manage vendor relationships contracts and service level agreements.
