We are currently hiring a full-time Accountant / Bookkeeper at QP Group.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all financial transactions for the organization
- Prepare financial statements reports and budgets
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and financial data
- Assist in auditing processes and tax preparation
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure financial compliance and accuracy
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office applications
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial principles
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
- Experience in procurement or supply chain industry is a plus
- CPA or other relevant certification is preferred
