We are currently hiring a full-time Accountant / Bookkeeper at QP Group.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all financial transactions for the organization
  • Prepare financial statements reports and budgets
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial data
  • Assist in auditing processes and tax preparation
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure financial compliance and accuracy

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office applications
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial principles
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desired Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
  • Experience in procurement or supply chain industry is a plus
  • CPA or other relevant certification is preferred
